3. Registration and subscription
The user who subscribes to the private list undertakes to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information. Qyveranoxil reserves the right to suspend access to users who breach these terms.
4. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (texts, images, logos, code, design) are the exclusive property of Qyveranoxil S.A. or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
Qyveranoxil S.A. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of errors. In no case will it be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of opportunities arising from the use or inability to use the site.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with waiver of any other forum that may correspond.
